About Us
My husband and I moved to the Olympic Peninsula with our five children and a dream to start a market garden. Here on our 4.5-acre farm off the Old Olympic Highway, you’ll find an orchard of pears and cherries, along with plots of organically grown vegetables and flowers. Unheated high tunnels help us grow heirloom tomatoes and other heat-loving vegetables such as peppers and cucumbers.
We farm by hand, with respect for the soil and the life in it. It’s a difference you can taste and feel.
We farm this way because we believe food should nourish more than just your body—it should nourish your trust in where it comes from. For anyone tired of produce that’s traveled too far or feels disconnected from the seasons, we want to offer something different: a local connection to food that’s fresh, flavorful, and grown with integrity right here in your community by farmers you know.
It’s a lot of hard work, but happy children, amazing food, and meeting people who appreciate the difference and value it make this dream of ours worthwhile. Come see us at our farm in Agnew, visit us at the farmers market in Port Angeles, or shop online for farmshares of vegetables and flowers offered right here at our farm!
JEMBE Tilled
A JEMBE"—often called a hoe—is an ancient, versatile tool farmers have used for generations. With our hand-farmed methods, we work in harmony with nature and our Creator, growing your food with integrity and restoring connections from within the soil all the way to your table.

Sustainable
Unheated high tunnels give us the extra heat needed for heirloom tomatoes, and other heat loving vegetables such as peppers and cucumbers.
